Mountain Regional Library System in Young Harris, GA will be accepting bids for broadband services at four library branch locations in Fannin, Towns and Union Counites in Georgia. Details on the branch locations and the services required are listed in the Request For Proposal. The link to the RFP is listed below.
Bids must be submitted by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. Direct all questions in writing to Heath Lee at director@mountainlibrary.com. The deadline to submit questions will be 5:00 pm on December 29, 2023. Any received questions and answers will be posted to this webpage no later than January 3, 2024.
The Library System reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses to this RFP and to enter into discussion and/or negotiations with one or more qualified vendors at the same time, if such actions are in the best interest of the Library System. The Library System reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, as deemed to be in the best interest of the Library System.
Failure to answer any questions in this RFP may subject the proposal to disqualification. Failure to meet qualifications and requirements will not necessarily subject a proposal to disqualification.
